Is This Promotion Right for You? 

To be eligible for the Winter Fast-Track Promotion, you must: 

  • Select a standard Levonix Homes floorplan
  • Proceed without structural changes or floorplan modifications
  • Build within an approved Levonix Homes construction area
  • Be ready to commence on-site by 30 March 2027 
  • Pay the required holding deposit by 30 September 2026 
  • Secure one of the first eight available promotional places

 Eligibility is subject to confirmation of your land, preferred design and the full promotion terms and conditions.

Promotion Terms and Conditions 

Limited to the first eight eligible new clients who pay the required holding deposit by 30 September 2026. The promotion ends on this date or when all eight allocations are secured, whichever occurs first. Available on standard Levonix Homes floorplans only; structural changes, floorplan modifications and custom designs are excluded.

Includes $15,000 towards eligible colour selections and upgrades, plus either the Single Gable Shoreline or Single Gable Breamlea façade. The total promotional value varies and will not exceed $30,000. The allowance is not redeemable for cash, refundable, transferable or applicable to the base price. Unused amounts are forfeited, and additional façade changes or upgrades will be charged separately.

The build must be within an approved Levonix Homes construction area and capable of commencing onsite by 30 March 2027. Eligibility is subject to land, design, site suitability, finance, permits and construction availability. Cannot be combined with another offer unless agreed in writing. Levonix Homes may amend or withdraw the promotion before an allocation is secured.
